Kevit replaced the soap dispenser on our Bosch Dishwasher. The old and new dispensers were very difficult to remove and replace, which caused some damage to the inner door. Since he was afraid the door might leak, he replaced the entire inner door at his expense. He is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He does excellent work and doesn’t overcharge for his parts and labor. Kevit clearly explains his work before he begins. I have used him before and would highly recommend Aspen Appliance Repair Co. to a friend!

I really appreciate that Kevitt called when he thought he was going to be late. Based on my description of the problem, he showed up prepared, with the correct parts, and repaired the dryer within just a few minutes. He also did a good job cleaning up.

Technician came out and got the job done without any delays. Fast, efficient. Came back a second day to service the ice machine and had other work to keep him busy while it was cleaning to avoid costing me extra money.

I appreciated that Aspen fit me into their schedule even though it was late in the day, the technician called me to let me know he had 2 other jobs, but could stop after he was done if it would work for me.
The tech was very polite and helpful. Even though my problem was a little bigger than a simple repair, he informed me about my alternatives and provided me some good information about what kind of replacements were available.

Requested Wolf oven repair 12/2014. As of 4/2015 the oven had not been repaired and Aspen never followed up as to why. When we called to see what was going on, the backordered part had “fallen off of backorder” and no one followed through to let tenant or property mgmt company know. Total time to get this project complete was almost 5 months.
Aspen Appliance Repair Co. replied:
I am sorry for the length of time it took to repair you range. The part was reordered and was installed as quickly as the part was shipped. At this time the oven is working fine and the tenant is happy.

Mr. Kregger was very polite and very professional. He completed the job in a timely manner and made sure that all was left as it was before he got here (except, of course that our fridge was working when he left).
I would definitely use Aspen Appliance Repair again should the need arise and recommend this company to anyone in need of appliance service.

I have been using Kevit at Aspen Appliance for 10 – 12 years. He is always affordable, calls back timely, knows his stuff, and makes the repair. In the past I have also check with him before I bought a new appliance to be sure to buy a brand that parts are stocked locally or close by and I can happily report that they have turned out to work as good or better than the European ones they replaced. I highly recommend him….which is unselfish of me since it increases his work load putting the next repair further down his list possibly.
I have recommended him to my friends and daughter and their experience is the same as mine.

I called Aspen Appliance in the fall of 2013. I had a Kitchenaide dishwasher that quit working. Kevitt came right away and diagnosed the problem, and said it would cost more to repair it than to buy a new one. He recommended that I buy a Bosch at Lowes which I went ahead and did. I had the option to hire Lowes to install it, but declined because Kevitt said he would do the installation. Then when the dishwasher was delivered and I called him to come and install it, he never returned my repeated phone calls. It was right before the holidays and I need a working dishwasher. I had to find another company to install the new dishwasher, and what should have taken a day, turned into several weeks.
